Short-term rentals

Nightly rentals capture peak pricing during high-demand windows and keep your calendar flexible. They take more management — turnovers, guest communication, dynamic pricing — but the upside in season is real.

Seasonal leases

A multi-month seasonal lease trades some peak upside for stability: one tenant, predictable income, and far fewer turnovers. For owners who want simplicity, it’s a strong fit.

Why not both
